Dr. Schmetterer is professional and kind. Before the procedures I had an appointment with Dr. Schmetterer to explain the course of treatment . When the treatments were completed he met with me to evaluate the procedures and to discuss directions for aftercare. It was very easy to make appointments. I went to another doctor in the area and I won’t  return . I didn’t have an appointment with him before or after the procedures ; I met with his P.A. . When he came into the room he didn’t introduce himself or even say Hi . He never asked me how I was feeling and left the room without saying Goodbye.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shmetterer and the entire team. I had 6 varicose veins treated, and going into it I’ll be honest I’m not great with anything involving veins or blood. I was pretty anxious at first. But from start to finish, they made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and way less intimidating than I expected.

Dr. Shmetterer was professional, confident, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually put me at ease. The treatments themselves were handled with precision and care, and the staff was incredibly supportive the whole time.

What really stood out was how they made someone like me who normally struggles with this kind of stuff feel completely under control and taken care of. That says a lot.

If you’re dealing with varicose veins and even a little hesitant like I was, this is 100% the place to go. Couldn’t recommend them more.
